Wonderful stay with park views!

I really enjoyed the hotel's location near the park. Kensington Palace is a short walk! The bus stops are directly in front of the hotel, and the nearest tube station is a quick walk. Staff at the front desk and doormen were very friendly.
The bed was firm, and it impacted my sleep. The bathroom fittings looked a little rusty. The kettle wasn't working initially, but it was replaced after two phone calls.

The room was spacious enough for luggage. I liked that the floor wasn't carpeted. The bed had very nice pillows. The air conditioning worked great.

The front desk staff was very helpful with directions. The doormen were always quick to assist with taxis. Housekeeping kept everything clean. I appreciate their attention to detail.

the room was super clean and clean, acceptable for me.
i arrived at 14:00 for check in, but i ended up having a 40 minute wait in the lobby. the room wasn't clean, so they had to send the team up to do it while i waited. the view out of the window was a dirty old moss coated roof, very grubby.
