Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Royal Garden was an absolute delight! The stunning views of Kensington Gardens from my room made waking up a pleasure. The service was exceptionally attentive, ensuring I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my time there. The amenities were plentiful and well-maintained, however, I found the room to show a bit of age, which could use an update. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and worth the value for money.
The hotel had excellent staff and a fabulous position, with very comfortable beds and high-quality food. However, I was let down by the mishandling of pre-ordered wine at dinner, which diminished my experience. The room I stayed in was very small and did not match the website's description, which was quite disappointing given the high price. Overall, while the service and dining were top-notch, the room left much to be desired, particularly for the price.
What an incredible stay! The hotel offers luxurious and spacious accommodations that left me feeling pampered. The service staff genuinely went above and beyond, ensuring I felt welcomed during my entire visit. The prime location next to Kensington Gardens made my exploration of London so convenient, although the room had some issues with tobacco smoke that detracted from the experience. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel that I would gladly return to!
My stay at the hotel was quite memorable, especially due to the exceptional staff who went out of their way to make my wife's birthday celebration special with thoughtful gestures. The spacious room provided a comfortable experience, but unfortunately, the location over the piano bar led to some noise late into the night. Overall, we enjoyed our time, though it felt a bit pricey for some aspects.
I had a wonderful two-night stay at The Royal Garden Hotel, with exceptional cleanliness and comfortable accommodations. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of choices, although the coffee could use improvement. While the location is fantastic for exploring nearby attractions, I did experience some noise during my stay. Overall, the personal touches and hospitality I received made it a memorable visit.
